7 arrested on various drug and gun charges in Hyannis and Barnstable

HYANNIS – Barntable Police report that over the last month, detectives have been investigating Alexander Rosen-Schuh, 22, (right) for distributing heroin from his residence located at 1662 Hyannis Road in Barnstable. The investigation involved extensive surveillance of Rosen-Schuh meeting his customers as well as an undercover purchase of heroin from Rosen-Schuh. A search warrant was subsequently obtained for Rosen-Schuh’s residence.

On Thursday, detectives were conducting surveillance of the property in anticipation of executing the search warrant. During the surveillance, Rosen-Schuh was observed conducting an obvious drug transaction with the occupants of a vehicle that had pulled into his driveway. The vehicles occupants were identified as Erin Frazier, 38, (left) and Justin O’Dea, 22, (center) of Hyannis. Frazier and O’Dea were followed into Hyannis where they were allegedly observed meeting with, and selling heroin to 29-year-old Jenni Kahan, 29, of Hyannis (right). All three suspects were subsequently arrested. O’Dea and Frazier were arrested for distribution of heroin. Frazier was arrested for possession of heroin.

Following these arrests, Detectives served the search warrant at Rosen-Schuh’s residence. Rosen-Schuh was arrested in his driveway as he met with the occupants of another vehicle that had arrived. At the time of his arrest, Rosen-Schuh had 17 corner cut baggies of heroin in his pocket. An additional 41 grams of heroin and a loaded 9mm pistol and ammunition were found in the residence. Rosen-Schuh was charged with trafficking heroin (36-100 grams), illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition, along with being an armed career criminal.

Detectives located three of Rosen-Schuh’s alleged associates in the residence. Approximately 12 grams of cocaine and $1500 in cash was recovered from these individuals. They were identified as 25-year-old Careeme Harakh, 25, (left) of Yarmouth , Kaamuell Ramos, 25, (center) of Cumberland, RI , and Krymeii Fray, 21, (right) of Dennis . All three were arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
