COTUIT – Barnstable Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash in Cotuit early Sunday morning that left one person dead. The crash in front of 1617 Main Street was discovered around 3:40 a.m. Police say it appears a Lexus struck a tree. The driver was identified as William O’Keefe-Hoeck, 21, of Marstons Mills.
