BOURNE – As of Thursday at 6 a.m., the Bourne Fire Department has moved its administrative offices from Main Street, Buzzards Bay to 51 Meetinghouse Road, Sagamore Beach.
This includes the Chief, Administrative Assistant and Deputy Fire Chiefs.
All permits and inspections will now take place out of this Sagamore Station. The phone numbers will continue to stay the same. As always, for emergencies, dial 9-1-1. For non-emergency Fire Department matters, you can call 508-759-4412.
The extension for burning permits is x2300. The hours of operation for permits and inspections will be from 8:30AM until 4:30PM Monday thru Friday.
The Buzzards Bay station will continue to be a manned fire station.
