BREWSTER – With the 4th of July quickly approaching, the Brewster Police Department has issued a few reminders:
Brewster Beach stickers are required at all town landings. Fires are not permitted on town or state beaches (private beaches with a fire permit only).
Fireworks are illegal in Massachusetts without a permit.
Brewster Police will have focused enforcement on and around the beaches throughout the summer, but especially this coming weekend to assure everyone is having a fun, but safe time while in the town.
