Cape PDs welcome new officers graduating state academy

PLYMOUTH – Several Cape Cod police departments are congratulating their graduates from the Plymouth Police Academy Friday:

EASTHAM – Eastham Police Congratulate Officer Andi Williams who graduated today with the 63rd MPTC class. This class began training at the Plymouth Police Academy in October, and has completed over 900 hours of intensive training. After enjoying a well-deserved weekend off, Officer Williams will begin training under the supervision of Officers Adams and Daigle in the Eastham Police Field Training Program. Please join us in congratulating Officer Williams and all of the members of the 63rd MPTC!

ORLEANS – The men and women of the Orleans Police Department want to wish our newest graduate from the Plymouth police academy Neill Bohlin… Welcome aboard sir! Officer Bohlin will begin an intense field training program once he begins work.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police congratulate their newest officers. Cadets Stephen Hathaway and Jessica Ahlman successfully finished their recruit training and have now earned the title of police officer. They, along with 40 of their classmates in the 63rd ROC concluded the six month academy with a graduation ceremony at Plymouth’s Memorial Hall. 

DENNIS – Chief Chief Peter Dimatteo announced that Officer Brendan Sullivan graduated from the Plymouth Police Academy 63rd Recruit Officers’ Course on Friday, April 14, 2017. Following his appointment Officer Brendan Sullivan will begin a 12- week Field Training Officer program with the Department.

Officer Sullivan began his career at the Dennis Police Department as a Cadet in the summer of 2013. He then became a part-time Dispatcher in September of 2013, and a full-time Dispatcher in September of 2014. Officer Sullivan put himself through the Reserve Academy in Plymouth while working as a full time Dispatcher, and then was appointed as a year round Reserve Officer in June of 2015.

Officer Sullivan has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Cape Cod Community College and is currently enrolled at Bridgewater State University working towards his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.


SANDWICH
– Sandwich Police congratulate Officer Josheph Bulmer on his graduation from the Plymouth Police Academy!


BOURNE
– Bourne Police congratulate Erin O’Rourke-Robbins, Colleen Marzelli, Ryan Duran, Michael Rubin, and Ryan Sweeney for graduating from the MPTC Police Academy in Plymouth today. They will be sworn in as Bourne Police Officers next week and begin an intensive field training program with veteran Bourne Police Officers.
