SOUTH DENNIS – Firefighters were called to the scene of a fire in an industrial area at 57 Theophilis F. Smith Road around 4:50 a.m. Monday.
According to the Dennis Fire Department, the lot is the home to Sun Storage and owned by a Bruce McGregor. The property was occupied at the time by a Mr. Neil Fellman who reported the fire, stating “he was having electrical trouble with his car.” When firefighters arrived the fire had spread to two additional storage containers filled with boats and miscellaneous equipment.
The fire was quickly extinguished with the assistance of the Harwich Fire Department and Dennis Police.
There were no reported injuries.
