YARMOUTH – Four Yarmouth Police Department patrol officers will be receiving Special Recognition Certificates from the Massachusetts Association of Women in Law Enforcement.
Patrol Officers Melissa Alden, Mary Gibney, Diana Wells, and Erica Wenberg, will each be recognized at the 6th Annual Spirit of MAWLE Award Ceremony on Thursday, May 25, 2017.
This year’s Award Ceremony is hosted by Chief of Police Peter L. Carnes of the Stonehill College Police Department and will be held at Stonehill College. Carnes is also a former Yarmouth Police Chief.
The event is from 5:00 to 9:00 pm with the Award Ceremony starting at 6:00PM.
