FALMOUTH – Wednesday evening arpund 6 PM, the Cape Cod Drug Task Force, including the Falmouth Police, observed a drug transaction on Philadephia Street in Falmouth which resulted in the seizure of over $1,300 and over 21 grams of heroin.
As a result, Brian Cardoso, 24, of Dorchester was arrested. Cardoso was arraigned today and held on $100,000 bail after being charged with Disorderly conduct, Disturbing the Peace, Resisting Arrest, and Trafficking Heroin.
