Man arrested in Provincetown for failing to register as a sex offender

PROVINCETOWN – Nicholas Archbold, 24, was arrested by the Provincetown Police. Archbold who had a last known address in Truro, had been staying at a Commercial Street address.

Archbold is charged with failing to register as a sex offender and being held in lieu of bail and pending a probation violation hearing.

Failure to report a change in status (address) as a sex offender is a felony in Massachusetts.
