Man charged with distributing methamphetamine in Provincetown

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police with the assistance of Truro Police, including K-9 Sgt Steven Raneo and his partner Ella, yesterday executed a search warrant at 10 Alden Street, in Provincetown.

Seized in the raid Wednesday night was in excess of thirty grams of methamphetamine, numerous other drugs, $1065 in cash, scales and packaging materials commonly used for the sale and distribution of illegal drugs.

Steven Page, 52, was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Distribution of a Class B Substance, Possession of a Class B Substance and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substances Act.

Page was arraigned today in the Orleans District Court. He was released on $2,500 cash bail and is due back in court on June 19th.

His arrest stems from an ongoing investigation by Provincetown Police Detectives into the sale and use of Methamphetamine in Provincetown.
