FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that on Thursday police received a report of a male showing two females a firearm outside a local restaurant. Officers interacted with the male and found that he was not properly licensed. As a result, he was placed under arrest and the firearm was seized.
Although the press release did not identify the suspect, a transcript of the Falmouth Police daily log used to compile our weekly arrest reports identifies the suspect as John R. Dodd, 45, of Onset, MA who was charged with improper storage of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, and possession of ammunition without an FID card
