FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that on Friday , they responded to an erratic motor vehicle complaint. Upon locating the vehicle and stopping it, they discovered the operator was unlicensed and on his way to the Falmouth District Court for another matter. As a result, he was arrested for unlicensed operation.
According to Falmouth Police logs used to produce CWN’s weekly arrest report, the man was identified as John Robert Yadisernia, 37, of Hyannis who was charged with operating without a license.
