FALMOUTH – Hazardous Materials technicians were called to Falmouth around 11:30 AM Friday morning. According to reports, an unknown substance began smouldering while a garbage truck was unloading a dumpster on Highcrest Road. Falmouth Fire/Rescue was on scene awaiting the specially trained technicians to arrive and mitigate the situation.
