BOURNE – Three children were among at least 5 people taken to area hospitals for evaluation after a crash late Tuesday evening. Three or four vehicles apparently collided in a chain reaction on Route 6 westbound between exits 2 and 1 about 10:15 p.m. None of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening. The crash is under investigation by State Police.
