DENNIS – A motor vehicle accident in the “alley” between Exits 9 & 10 eastbound sent two people to the hospital. At 11:20 AM, the Dennis Fire Department responded to an incident involving a rear end collision with a car and a Coastal wheel chair van. Both the driver and the passenger of the van were taken by ambulances to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries that were not life-threating injuries. The Harwich Fire Department assisted at the scene and transported one of the victims.
The female driver of the car that struck the van was uninjured and the incident is being investigated by the State Police.
