WAREHAM – At approximately 2:30pm Wareham Marine Unit 2 responded to an accident involving a single jet ski in the Wareham River.
The operator sustained a leg injury from an undetermined cause at this time. Officers on Wareham M-2 were able to get the injured person on board, stabilize the victim and transport them to Besse Park for awaiting Wareham EMS personnel.
The accident is currently under investigation by the Massachusetts Environmental Police at this time.
