Wareham Police arrest and charge 4 with receiving stolen property

WAREHAM –  Wareham Police are charging four people with receiving stolen property after they executed a search warrant Wednesday afternoon at 20 Pires Street in the Oakdale section of town.

The arrests were part of an investigation involving property stolen during several B&E incidents reported in the Wareham area. Upon entry into the residence, officers and detectives located three males and a female.

Police said a search of the residence and surrounding property led to the recovery of several allegedly stolen items from breaks into businesses and residences in the Wareham area.

They included construction equipment, tools, and other items stolen during a reported incident at the All-American Assisted Living facility currently under construction on Rosebrook Place. Television sets and other items reported in previous residential break and entering incidents were also recovered on the premises.

Detectives are continuing the investigation concerning recovered property at the residence and determining where other breaks occurred in town, which may lead to further arrests and recovered property.

The four people charged include:

 

 

  1. David Johnson, Age 43 of 20 Pires St. Wareham

Receiving Stolen Property Over $250.

 

  1. Darryl Franklin, Age 27, Listed as “homeless”

Receiving Stolen Property Over $250 (Warrant obtained prior to search warrant)

 

 

  1. Nicole Card, Age 30, of 20 Pires St. Wareham

Receiving Stolen Property Over $250 (Warrant obtained prior to search warrant) 

 

  1. Brandon Pratt, Age 24, of 3033 Cranberry Hwy. Wareham                                                         Receiving Stolen Property Over $250 (Warrant obtained prior to search warrant) 

            Wareham District Court Warrant regarding a previous charge of OUI Drugs.
