PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On April 19th at 4:09 p.m. Ofc. Joseph D’Andrea arrested
Jordan Marcus Daluze, 27, of Yarmouth who was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Assault

On April 20th at 12:42 p.m. Ofc. Kathryn Catanese arrested
Matthew P. Babin, 34, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Failing to stop for police

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On April 13th at 2:51 p.m. Ofc. Thomas Roda arrested
Todd W. Moos, 47, of Centerville who was charged with
Operating after license revoked
Uninspected vehicle

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report no reportable arrests for the period of April 5th through April 17th

HARWICH – Harwich Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
1) Mark Lally, 54, of Eastham was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice.
2) Holly Hurst, 29, of Brewster was arrested for OUI-drugs and Driving to Endanger.
3) Daniel Thornton, 32, of Harwich was arrested for 2 warrants and driving with a suspended license.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On April 14th at 3:40 p.m.
Stephen W. Poirier of Norton, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On April 16th at 7:30 a.m.
John W. Murray of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On April 16th at 7:54 p.m.
Adele Mary Duguay-Grover of Hyannis was charged with
Knowingly being present where heroin is
and
Steven B. Merl of Eastham was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Failing to stop for police
Operating after license revoked
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession of a Class B substance

On April 17th at 1:49 a.m.
Richard C. Buck of Mashpee was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On April 17th at 10:23 a.m.
John Freed of Sandwich was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (heroin)

On April 18th at 7:40 p.m.
Karoline L. Letendre of Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On April 14th at 1:58 a.m.
Renee MJ Young, 45, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

On April 15th at 10:13 a.m.
Amy B, Booth-Hamblin, 24, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
and
Amy Lyn Campbell, 32, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Possession of a Class A substance

On April 16th at 8:05 p.m.
Courtney M. Ayers, 29, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On April 18th at 9:37 p.m.
Robert F. Fraser, 25, of Marshfield, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On April 19th at 10:14 p.m.
Jamie Marie Desmond, 23, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On April 19th at 10:17 p.m.
Robert H. Bingham, 64, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

BOURNE – Bourne Police report the were kept busy answering 671 calls for assistance that resulted in 18 arrests, 47 criminal investigations, 207 motor vehicle citations or warnings, and 10 motor vehicle crash investigations.
