PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 27th at 11:14 p.m. Ofc Christopher Landry arrested
Scott Edwin Powell, 55, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 25th at 2:15 a.m. Ofc. Steven Raneo arrested
Ruben Botelho, 26, of Truro who was charged with
Operating without a license
Speeding
Possession of a Class A substance
Warrant arrest

On May 25th at 9:29 p.m. Ofc. Craig Bayer arrested
Howard J. Jeffreys, 65, of New York, NY who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On May 27th at 10:48 p.m. Ofc. Paul McGlynn arrested
Kevin Jeffrey Smith, 22, of Waltham, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to wear seat belt

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 26th at 9:08 p.m.
Amanda Lee McDonnell, 23, of Plymouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Following too closely

On May 29th at 11:42 p.m.
Carolina A. Hassara, 21, of Carlisle, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation

On May 30th at 9:49 p.m.
Amy W. Medeiros, 24, of Raynham, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 31st at 1:34 a.m.
Teresa C. Lisbon, 51, of South Eastham was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Marked lanes violation

On May 31st at 7:57 p.m.
William H. Allen IV, 22, of Marstons Mills was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Defective equipment
Speeding

On June 1st at 7:28 p.m.
Dorothy R. Hitchcock, 27, of Wellfleet was charged with
Warrant arrest

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 25th at 2:42 a.m.
Juan Carlos LeClerc, 25, of Chatham was charged with

Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

Justin W. Barsch, 28, of Hyannis was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Warrant arrest

On May 30th at 10:02 p.m.
Todd C. Nelson, 34, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger

On June 3rd at 5:41 a.m.
Sydney Lauren Bodamer, 22, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 25th at 8:26 p.m.
Stephen M. Fish, 56, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Unregistered vehicle

On May 25th at 8:49 p.m.
Kaitlyn Marie Tremblay, 24, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class E substance
Warrant arrest

On May 26th at 9:39 p.m.
Jessica L. Enos, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (2 counts)
Possession of a Class B substance
Warrant arrest

On May 29th at 2:00 a.m.
Craig A. Costa, 41, of Mashpee was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance

On May 29th at 9:37 a.m.
a 15-year-old juvenile was charged with
Shoplifting by asportation of merchandise

On May 31st at 6:33 p.m.
Michael Tondryk, 26, of Holyoke was charged with
Warrant arrest

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 27th at 4:25 p.m.
Bret W. Cerulli of Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating under the influence of drugs
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Fail to signal

On May 31st at 1:44 a.m.
Verber P. Leite of Yarmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating recklessly to endanger
Fail to stop or yield

On June 1st at 4:42 p.m.
James Wallace Slappey of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

BOURNE – Bourne Police report they responded to 468 calls for service this past week that resulted in 5 arrests, 29 investigations, 13 accident reports, 7 parking tickets, and 128 motor vehicle citations/warnings.
