PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 21st at 12:26 p.m. Ofc. Kevan Spoor arrested
Frederico P. Rocha, 63, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 21st at 7:19 p.m. Ofc. Aaron Kacergis arrested
Krystal L. Russell, 34, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 24th at 12:35 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Vanessa Lemeieux, 29, of Cocoa Beach, FL who was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 22nd at 9:37 p.m. Ofc. Steven Raneo arrested
Christopher J. Macort, 48, of South Orleans was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 21st at 10:15 p.m.
Matthew L. Thompson, 33, of Osterville was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Possession of a Class C substance

On May 22nd at 1:10 a.m.
Brian Michael Oliver, 22, of Harwichport was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest

On May 24th at 12:28 a.m.
Hugh Dunbar Jr., 67, of Bradenton, FL was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On May 3rd at 3:02 p.m.
Robert Campbell, 34, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

On May 5th at 3:05 p.m.
Walter P. Rymanski, 67, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Speeding

On May 13th at 11:57 a.m.
Suzanne Lavallee, 52, of Centerville was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger

On May 14th at 11:16 a.m.
Tyerik Louis Green, 26, of West Yarmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 15th at 3:01 p.m.
Leon N. Knight, 21, of Brewster was charged with
Operating after license suspended

Nicholas N. Tawatao of South Sandwich was charged with

On May 23rd at 9:24 p.m.
Daniel Flavin of Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)

On May 18th at 3:45 a.m.
Akeene R. Artega, 24, of Providence, RI was charged with

On May 19th at 7:29 p.m.
Daniel Eric Fleer, 20, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On May 19th at 8:49 p.m.
Lauren E. Christian, 32, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 20th at 6:25 p.m.
Jamie Lee Jonas, 45, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)

On May 20th at 9:22 p.m.
Mark W. O’Connell, 45, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 21st at 6:48 p.m.
Robert M. Estrela, 24, of East Falmouth was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon
and
Cailey Elise Copeland, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Assualt and battery
Assault with a dangerous weapon

On May 22nd at 9:10 a.m.
Timothy Ray Turner, 51, of Little River, SC was charged iwth
Operating without a license
Unregistered vehicle
Attaching plates
Improper turn

On May 22nd at 1:41 p.m.
Marguerite Patricia Mullaney, 58, of Worcester, MA was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise over $100

On May 22nd at 5:35 p.m.
Deborah Marie Dondero, 55, of East Falmouth was charged with
Trespassing

On May 22nd at 7:20 p.m.
Patrick S. Austin, 46, of Eastham was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Possession of a Class E substance

On May 22nd at 10:10 p.m.
Michelle Christin Crum, 27, of Bridgewater, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to dim headlights

On May 22nd at 10:38 p.m.
Jeffrey W. Boggier, 67, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On May 24th at 1:07 p.m.
Marki Mae Matchem, 24, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating without a license
Warrant arrest
Possession of a Class B substance
Possession of a Class E substance

On May 24th at 6:37 p.m.
Sadie Anne Campbell, 39, of Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct (subsequent offense)
Intimidating a witness
Resisting arreset
Assault and battery on a police officer
Operating negligently to endanger

On May 24th at 10:51 p.m.
Jacob Christopher Roessler, 23, was charged with
Warrant arrest
