Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of October 4th, 2016

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On September 26th at 3:16 p.m. Ofc. Jennifer Nolette arrested
John L. Walsh, 26, of Provincetown who was charged with
Breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony
Larceny under $250
Larceny from a building

On September 27th at 8:08 p.m. Ofc Joseph D. Andrea arrested
John L. Walsh, 26, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 2nd at 3:11 a.m. Ofc. Tyler Dow arrested
Timothy McCarthy,  27, of Harwich who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On October 3rd at 11:10 a.m.
Wallace D. Docarmo, 34, of West Yarmouth was charged with
Operating without a license
Uninspected vehicle

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On September 27th at 11:35 a.m.
Michael G. Kilgore of Sandwich was charged with
Fugitive from justice

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 528 various calls for service, 23 of which required further investigation. There were 16 arrests. Officers responded to 15 motor vehicle crashes, and issued 50 motor vehicle citations and 8 parking tickets.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On September 26th at 12:02 a.m.
Nicole Bagnera, 33, of Revere was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 26th at 11:25 a.m.
Paul Andrew Lumsden, 35, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 28th at 1:21 a.m.
James R. Eldredge, 32, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 28th at 5:30 p.m.
Nathan C. Cerce, 33, of West Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (heroin)
Warrant arrest

On September 28th at 6:21 p.m.
Kyle W. Geggatt, 24, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
and
Robert W. Nightingale III, 27, of Mashpee was charged with
Possession of a Class E substance

On September 28th at 8:36 p.m.
Jassel A. Garcia, 18, of South Yarmouth was charged with
Receiving stolen vehicle
Operating after license suspended or revoked
Operating negligtenly to endanger
Unregistered vehicle
Fail to identify self to police officer
Breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
and
Isaiah M. Starling, 19, of Mashpee was charged with
Receiving stolen vehicle
Breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony

On September 28th at 9:28 p.m.
Jason P. Mead, 46, of Centerville was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Unregistered vehicle

On September 29th at 6:50 a.m.
Elijah D. Smith, 21, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 29th at 11:41 p.m.
Kayla L. Jonas, 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Knowingly being present where heroin is kept

On October 1st at 10:40 p.m.
Elizbeth C. Freitas, 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 2nd at 3:48 p.m.
Kara L Cohen, 43, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On October 2nd at 11:41 p.m.
Tina M. Melvin, 42, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)
