Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of December 29th, 2015

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On December 22nd, at 7:39 p.m. Sgt. Thomas Koumanelis arrested
Chistina M. Peters
, 37, of Norwood, MA who was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Disorderly conduct

On December 22nd at 8:42 p.m. Ofc Kathryn Catanese arrested
Nicole Marie Packard
, 44, of Sandwich was charged
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Improper operation of a motor vehicle

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On December 24th at 7:58 p.m.
George Ross Lobuono, 60, of Davis, CA was charged with
Violating a harassment order
Trespassing

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 364. These calls included 37 investigated incidents, 5 motor vehicle crashes and the issuance of 22 motor vehicle citations. There were 9 arrests.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On December 21st at 4:51 p.m.
Keith P. Martin, 54, of Milton, MA was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)
Defective equipment

On December 22nd at 5:07 p.m.
Gregg P. Carmier, 45, of Mashpee was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)
Open comtainer of alcohol in a vehicle
Posession of a Class A substance (subsequent offense)
Possesion of a CLass B substance (subsequent offense)

On December 24th at 1:55 a.m.
James M. Mase, 21, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Marked lanes violation
Possession with intent to distribute Metampphetamine
Carrying loaded firearm without a license
Leaving large capacity firearm in vehicle
Possession of large capacity firearm in felony
Carrying a dangerous weapon (2 counts)
Possession of an assault weapon (post ban magazines)
Possession of ammunition without FID card
and
Robert M. Chapas, 19, of Anchorage, AK was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute Metampphetamine
Leaving large capacity firearm in vehicle
Carrying a dangerous weapon
Possession of an assault weapon
Possession of ammunition without FID card

On December 24th at 10:58 p.m.
Mark Anthony Ferreira, 29, of Salem, MA was charged with
Breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
Malicious destruction of property less than $250

On December 26th at !:09 a.m.
Jason R. Willoughby, 30, of East Wareham, MA was chbarged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession of a Class E substance
Larceny over $250

On December 26th at 10:09 a.m.
John S. Gray, 29, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On December 26th at 5:38 p.m.
Mary J. Nelson. 63, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

On December 27th at 1:24 a.m.
Rudy P. Gullbrant, 51, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On December 27th at 3:15 a.m.
David Rodriguez, 51, of East Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest
Threatening to commit a crime

On December 27th at 7:06 a.m.
Theresa M. Rodriguez, 57, og Falmouth was charged with
Breaking and entering with the intent to commit a misdemeanor
Malicious destruction of property
Disturbing the peace
