WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On January 11th at 6:07 p.m.
Kathleen D. Ogden, 55, of Wellfleet was charged with
Warrant arrest

On January 10th at 9:57 p.m.

, 41, of Chatham was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Defective equipment

On January 11th at 11:15 p.m.
Thomas Reardon
, 60, of Glastonbury, CT was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On January 11th at 1:16 a.m.
James M. Healey of Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation

On January 11th at 6:04 a.m.
Frederick W. Berthel IV of Forestdale was charged with
Warrant arrest

On January 14th at 6:21 p.m.
Ian Roche of Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Speed greater than reasonable

BOURNE – For the past week, Bourne Police report that they responded to 408 various calls, 28 of which required further investigation. There were 8 arrests. Officers responded to 6 motor vehicle crashes and issued 77 motor vehicle citations.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On January 9th at 4:23 p.m.
Brian L. Costa II, 22, of Mashpee was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Improper turn

On January 10th at 3:24 p.m.
Scott A. Silva, 49, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possessio of a Class A substance (subsequent offense)
Threatening to commit a crime
Intimidating a witness (police officer)
Disorderly conduct

On January 10th at 7:33 p.m.
Christopher L. Lopes, 46, was charged with
Unarmed burglary
Possession of a burglarious instrument
Malicious destruction of property
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On January 10th at 8:35 p.m.
Kayla A. Pina, 22, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (subsequent offense)
and
Christopher J. Andrews, 31, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (subsequent offense)

On January 11th at 7:18 p.m.
David L. Moos, 53, of Buzzards Bay was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger

On January 13th at 2:46 p.m.
Hayden M. Harding, 18, of Buzzards Bay was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance
Possession of a Class B substance

On January 14th at 1:15 a.m.
Patrick J. O’Brien, 35, of South Boston, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On January 14th at 10:07 p.m.
Christopher J. Cusack, 51, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Failing to stop or yield
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
