Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of September 20th, 2016

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report no arrests for the past week.

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report no arrests for the past week.

BOURNE – For the past week, Bourne Police report that they responded to 22 documentable incidents. Officers were called to 6 motor vehicle crashes, and issued 76 motor vehicle citations and 3 parking tickets.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On September 13th at 2:26 a.m.
Nicholas J. Clayton, 29, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On September 13th at 8:59 a.m.
James R. Eldredge, 32, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On Septeber 13th at 5:39 p.m.
Thomas A. Doherty, 48, of Bourne was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance
Warrant arrest

On September 13th at 8:57 p.m.
Justin Vasalofskjy, 28, of Falmouth was charged with
Assault and battery

On September 14th at 1:53 p.m.
Kenneth J. Robertson, 30 was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Assault and battery
Wanton destruction of property

On September 14th at 6:34 p.m.
Mileeter H. Henricks, 34, of Waquoit was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (subsequent offense)
Possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Possession of a firearm without FID card
Possession of ammuniton without FID card
Firearm violation woth 3 prior violent/drug crimes

On September 15th at 7:38 p.m.
Jonathan Karras, 27, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 16th at 1:37 p.m.
Hiram P. Haskell Jr., 48, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 18th at 8:53 p.m.
Kenneth Dow, 28, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 18th at 11:37 p.m.
Sara Eleanor Pacheco, 33, of West Barnstable was charged with
Assault and battery
Disorderly conduct
Warrant arrest
