Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of September 28th, 2015

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report no reportable arrests in keeping with state laws.

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 26th at 1:12 a.m.
Andrew Nowack, 26, of South Wellfleet was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation

On September 26th at 10:07 a.m.
Joshua L. Baum, 32, of East Stroudsberg, PA was charged with
Rape
Indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over

Sharon Butler, 23, of Boston, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrest since their last report. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 25th at 1:40 a.m.
David P. Gilmour, 68, of Brewster was charged with

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 21st at 1:21 a.m.
Ryan Dean Ruff of Barnstable was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 24th at 1:21 p.m.
Sean Miller of Falmouth was charged with
Violating an abuse preventiom order

On September 25th at 10:23 a.m.
Nathaniel Adam Price of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Robbery while armed and masked
Operating without a license
Operating to endanger
Failing to stop for police
Assault with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle)
Unregistered motor venhicleAssault with intent to rob (2 counts)
Warrant arrest

On September 26th at 2:29 p.m.
Eric M. Shaughnessy of South BOston, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 539 calls for service. This included 14 arrests, and the investigation of over 30 criminal incidents. Officers issued 150 traffic citations and 20 parking tickets. In addition, the department reports over 65 pounds of unwanted prescription medication was turned in during the annual drug take back.

Angela R. Courig, 29, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 21st at 1:42 a.m.
Kimberley P. Wolfe, 23, of Mashpee was charged iwth
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On September 21st at 10:56 p.m.
Sawyer G. Fallin-Hornsberg, 23, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Speeding
Leaving the scene of property damage

On September 23rd at 9:39 p.m.
Kayla R. Valiela, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Possession of a Class B substance
Possession of a Class E substance

On September 24th at 12:55 p.m.
John B. Cardoza, 40, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)
and
Karin A. Goulart, 32, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)
Possession of a Class E substance

On September 24th at 7:08 p.m.
Sean F. Miller, 48, of Falmouth was charged with
Violating an abuse prevention order

On September 25th at 5:22 a.m.
Gerald Cardoza, 34, of East Falmoith was charged with
Knowlingly being present where heroin is present
and
Tianna Oakleyperry, 29, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (subsequent offense)
Possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance (subsequent offense)
and
Angela R, Gonsalves, 36, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Knowingly being present where heroin is present
and
Arcelis Elena Rivera, 22, of East Falmouth was charged with
Knowingly being present where heroin is present

Maureen Kelly Houston, 54, of East Falmouth was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon (hot iron)

On September 25th at 9:10 p.m.
Jeffrey C. Free, 32, of Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest

On September 25th at 9:23 p.m.
Stephen Richard Rebello, 20, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to keep right

On September 26th at 10:04 p.m.
David M. Furtell Jr., 39, of Dracut, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest
