PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On June 1st at 12:04 p.m. Ofc. Jason Sullivan arrested
Whitney Kay Hammons, 38, of Provincetown who was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On June 3rd at 1:42 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Theodore Ellis, 21, of Barre, VT who was charged with
Operating without a license
Marked lanes violation

On June 3rd at 11:42 p.m., Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Thomas Carlson Bennett, 55, of Brooklyn, NY who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Defective equipment

On June 5th at 12:28 a.m. Ofc. Jennifer Nolette arrested
Diane M. Kelley, 51, of Dorchester, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating with lights

On June 6th at 1:30 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Joseph Michael Dagnello, 26, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Failing to stop or yield

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On June 4th at 9:36 a.m.
David A. Carlsen, 59, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 6th at 1:05 a.m.
Emily Marie Arnold, 20, of Wellfleet was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On June 6th at 10:59 a.m.
Brooklyn C. Spentzos, 35, of Provincetown was charged with
Fail to stop for police
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On June 7th at 5:52 p.m.
Francis A. Callahan, 57, of Centerville was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest

BARNSTABLE – For the past week, Barnstable Police responded to 1,324 calls for service. This included 8 hit and run crashes, 5 personal injury crashes and 33 property damage crashes. There were 67 arrests, of which 45 were made on scene, 14 were summoned, and  8 were previous incident arrests.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On June 2nd at 8:55 p.m.
Russell William Herbaugh of West Yarmouth was charged with
Possession of a firearm without a FID card
Carrying a dangerous weapon (2 counts)
Possession of ammunition without a FID card
Improper storage of a firearm
Improper operation of a motor vehicle
and
Michael J. Brasfield of Plymouth, MA was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Possession of a firearm without a FID card
Possession of ammunition with a FID card
Carrying a dangerous weapon (2 counts)
Uninspected vehicle

On June 6th at 8:06 p.m.
Mark Andrade of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

BOURNE – For the past week, Bourne Police responded to 453 calls for service that resulted in 9 arrests, 31 investigations, 11 crash reports, and 100 motor vehicle citations/warnings.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On June 1st at 9:28 a.m.
Corey R. Barrows, 36, was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked
Uninspected vehicle

On June 3rd at 5:52 p.m.
Prince S. Wright, 38, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)

On June 3rd at 8:16 p.m.
Shawn P. Stanley, 27, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (2 counts)
Possesison with intent to distribute a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Operating after license suspended or revoked

On June 6th at 11:38 a.m.
Eli MS Finklea, 30, of Hyannis was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)

On June 6th at 2:44 p.m.
Alexander Reis Moura, 41, of Falmouth was charged with
Failing to stop for police
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Accosting/annoying person of opposite sex
Disturbing the peace
Resisting arrest
Operating negligently to endanger

On June 7th at 4:31 p.m.
Crystal Lynn Gaspa, 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
Disorderly conduct

On June 7th at 4:53 p.m.
Ryan William Marks, 25, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 7th at 6:14 p.m.
Briton DJ Oleson-Richards, 23, of Eastham was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Drug violation near a school or park
Trafficking in cocaine
No license in possession
Number plate obscured
Unregistered vehicle
Uninsured vehicle
