PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report no arrests for the past week:

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 31st at 7:36 p.m. Ofc. David Hobbs arrested

Zachary Christopher Herold, 20, of Truro who was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs

On November 5th at 7:46 p.m. Ofc. Leo Rose arrested
Hester Marie Chicoine, 29, of West Yarmouth who was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)
Speeding

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On November 4th at 5:02 a.m.
Aaron Caldwell
, 26, of North Truro was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving the scene of property damage
Operating after license revoked as habitual traffic offender
Receiving stolen vehicle (subsequent offense)
Motor vehicle vandalism
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

Kathleen D. Ogden
, 55, of Wellfleet was charged with
Trespassing

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On November 2nd at 9:56 p.m.
Kelly M. Olsen of East Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating without a license
Speeding

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to448 calls for service, 32 of which required further investigation.There were 20 arrests. Officers responded to 7 motor vehicle crashes and issued 102 motor vehicle citations.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 31st at 10:57 a.m.
a 16-year-old juvenile was charged with
Disturbing a school assembly
Disorderly conduct
Dangerous weapon on school grounds
Assault and battery on a police officer (4 counts)
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (4 counts)

On November 3rd at 4:08 p.m.
Darryl L. Weathers Jr., 21, of East Falmouth was charged with
Open and gross lewdness
Disorderly conduct
Carrying a dangerous weapon

On November 4th at 9:27 a.m.
Russell Pena, 38, of Hyannis was charged with
Trafficking in heroin/morphone/opium
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
Attempted murder (2 counts)
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts)
Carrying a dangerous weapon
Obstruction of justice
Warrant arrest
and
Michael A. Lopes, 38, of Hyannis was charged with
Knowingly being present where heroin is kept

Hollie Ann Silvester, 22, of Mashpee was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 4th at 7:19 p.m.
Brock A. Ramsey, 28, of Buzzards Bay was charged with
Warrant arrest

Brian R. Perry, 58, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 5th at 1:18 a.m.
John J. Rose Sr., 60, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On November 5th at 12:57 p.m.
Tina M. Melvin, 42, of Falmouth was charged with
Shoplifting by asportation of merchandise (subsequent offense)
Disorderly conduct (subsequent offense)

On November 5th at 3:38 p.m.
Daniel M. Capotosto, 20, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 5th at 5:48 p.m.
a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Failing to yield at an intersection
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
and
Jermey J. Lopes, 18, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance (2 counts)
