Weekly Police Department Reports/Arrests – Week of August 10th, 2015

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 3rd at 7:18 a.m. Ofc. Joseph D’Andrea arrested
Carlo C. Caramanna, 46, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On August 4th at 8:58 p.m. Ofc. Joseph D’Andrea arrested
a 17-year-old juvenile who was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon
Assault and battery
and
Emily McDonough, 18, of Canton, MA was charged with
Assault and battery
Intimidating a witness
Malicious destruction of property less than $250

On August 9th at 1:12 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Noe Reyes Jr., 20, of Provincetown who was charged with
Disorderly conduct

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 7th at 1:38 p.m.
Sharon Butler, 45, of Boston, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 7th at 4:30 p.m.
Jason Patrick Webster, 26, of Wellfleet was charged with
Operating after license suspended

On August 9th at 1:13 a.m.
Michael Owen Warren, 29, of Boston, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On August 10th at 1:17 a.m.
Rafael H. Blanco, 31, of Middletown, CT was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Speeding
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

BARNSTABLE – Barnstable Police report that for the past week, they responded to 1,335 calls for service. There were 73 arrests, of  which 46 were onscene, 11 were summonsed, and 16 were previous incident arrests. There were 37 property damage crashes, 4 personal injury crashes, and 8 hit and run crashes.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 4th at 1:11 a.m.
Chrstopher E. Lebeau of Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Speeding

On August 4th at 1:31 p.m.
Aubrey James Wilsey of Mashpee was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Fail to identify self to police officer
Furnishing false name to officer
Warrant arrest (Carrying a dangerous weapon)
Warrant arrest

On August 7th at 10:56 a.m.
Christina Marie Fodera of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 9th at 1:01 a.m.
Matthew R. Leeman of East Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Speeding

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 620 calls for service resulting in 11 arrests, 39 police reports, 84 motor vehicle citations/warnings, 10 reportable crashes, and 11 parking tickets.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 3rd at 8:29 a.m.
Laurence Julius Fuortes, 61, of Iowa City, IA was charged with
Malicious destruction to a motor vehicle
Disorderly conduct

On August 3rd at 7:23 p.m.
Virginia Ellen Murphy, 79, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation

On August 4th at 8:55 a.m.
Cryille Bourque, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On August 6th at 1:35 a.m.
Paul T. Edwards III, 60, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger

On August 6th at 3:34 a.m.
Matthew E. Procek, 42, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating a boat under the influence of liquor

On August 6th at 1:32 p.m.
Robert Thomas Zak, 42, of Falmouth was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon
Malicious destruction of property
Disorderly conduct
Distrubing the peace

On August 6th at 9:16 p.m.
Gina A. Andeade, 51, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On August 7th at 6:50 p.m.
Brian L. Costa II, 20, of Mashpee was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked

On August 9th at 11:16 a.m.
Barry John Shea, 46, of East Boston was charged with
Larceny over $250
Assault witjh intent to rob
Assault with a dangerous weapon

On August 9th at 7:40 p.m.
Jesse Laurino, 25, of Forestdale was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On August 9th at 9:43 p.m.
Milteer H. Henricks, 33, of Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Threatening to commit a crime
Malicious destruction of property less than $250
