PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court of law.
On December 9th at 8:26 a.m. Ofc. Kevan Spoor arrested
Jason Brown
, 30, of Provincetown, who was charged with
Larceny over $250

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On December 7th at 10:59 p.m. Ofc. Thomas Roda arrested
Abigail Constence Tesson, 25, of Wellfleet, who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating recklessly to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Resisting arrest

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last update. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On December 12th at 9:38 a.m.
Scott Marien Bican, 32, of St. Petersburg, FL was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On December 12th at 10:34 p.m.
Brenda E. Moss, 54, of South Yarmouth, was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On December 13th at 11:26 a.m.
Christos Rongotes of Wilmington, NC, was charged with
Fugitive from justice

BOURNE – For the past week, Bourne Police investigated 20 incidents. There were 9 arrests. Officers responded to 8 motor vehicle crashes, issued 79 motor vehicle citations and 2 parking tickets.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On December 9th at 1:41 a.m.
Michelle A. Moore, 27, of Falmouth, was charged with
