PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On July 7th at 9:54 p.m. Ofc. Rachel Peters arrested
Zoe Giordano, 42, of Provincetown who was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Disturbing the peace
Damaging property

On July 12th at 2:01 p.m. Ofc. Kathryn Catanese arrested
Whitney Kay Hammons, 39, of Provincetown who was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Assault and battery on a police officer
Assault
Threatening to commit a crime (3 counts)
Assault and battery to intimdiate
Resisting arrest

Truro amd Wellfleet  Police report no arrests for the past week.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last update. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On July 2nd at 2:35 a.m.
Stephen J. Marsden, 29, of Eastham was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

On July 5th at 2:10 a.m.
Richard S. Stewart, 43. of Southbridge, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On July 7th at 12:29 a.m.
Brenden M. MacDonald, 27, of East Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 7th at 3:29 p.m.
David Alan McArthur of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest
Drinking in public (town by-law)

On July 10th at 12:46 p.m.
Kelli Ann Driscoll of Sandwich was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Uninspected vehicle
Warrant arrest

On July 11th at 6:42 p.m.
Marshall L. Fitzgerald of Centerville was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

BOURNE – Bourne Police report they responded to 480 calls for service including 34 incidents of various types, 9 investigated accidents. There were 12 arrests. Officers also issued 75 citations and 20 parking violation notices.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On July 6th at 5:02 p.m.
Brandon S. Pottle, 22, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance (cocaine) with intent to distribute

On July 6th at 11:34 p.m.
William Michael Matchem, 26, of Mashpee was charged with
Operating afer license suspended or revoked
Warrant arrest

On July 7th at 5:01 p.m.
William R. Undt III, 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)

On June 7th at 9:06 p.m.
Arcelis Elena Rivera, 22, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
Resisting arrest
Warrant arrest (2 counts)
and
Jaclene Rachelle Aguirre, 21, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
Warrant arrest

On July 8th at 4:51 p.m.
Shawn P. Stanley, 27, of Mashpee was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance

On July 8th at 8:07 p.m.
Ryan E. Griswold, 33, of Falmouth was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon
Attempting to commit a crime
Disorderly conduct

On July 9th at 5:26 a.m.
Gerald Cardoza, 33, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance
Knowingly being present where heroin is kept
and
Sean P. DeSouza, 20, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Distributing a Class A substance
Knowingly being present where heroin is kept
and
Warren K. Antone, 29, of East Falmouth was charged with
Knowingly being present where heroin is kept
and
Kyle William Geggatt, 23, of Hyannis was charged with
Knowingly being present where heroin is kept
and
Rocco Gomes,26, of Falmouth was charged with
Knowingly being present where heroin is kept

Robery J. Romiza, 28, of Mashpee was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Disturbing the peace
Possession of ammuniton without FID card
Attempt to commit a crime
Possession of burglarious instrument

On July 12th at 5:42 p.m.
Edward T. Usher, 45, of Auburn, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating to endanger
Marked lanes violation
