On July 18th at 8:05 p.m. Ofc. Joseph D’Andrea arrested
Shawn Michael Silva, 37, of Wellfleet was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Leaving the scene of property damage
Operating after license suspended
No license in possession
On July 19th at 12:50 p.m. Ofc. Jason Sullivan arrested
Michael Donovan, 65, of Provincetown who was charged with
Violating an abuse prevention order

On July 18th at 6:37 p.m. Ofc. Craig Bayer arrested
Michael Paul Vernacchio, 27, of Truro whow as charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)
On July 19th at 2:33 a.m. Sgt. Jeremiah Valli arrested
David W. Spiro, 50, of Medford, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Possession of a Class D substance

Sherry L. Orlando, 47, of East Falmouth was charged with

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that they responded to 516 calls for service for the past week. Included in those calls were 41 investigated incidents, 14 reportable accidents and 100 motor vehicle citations. There were 19 arrests.
