PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On June 15th at 10:36 a.m. Sgt. Glenn Enos arrested
Christian Lapaz, 27, of Fall River, MA who was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance
Possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act

On June 18th at 7:17 p.m. Ofc. Rachel Peters arrested
Klara E. Mueller, 83, of Provincetown was charged with
Violating a harassment prevention order

On June 20 at 4:17 p.m. Ofc. Rachel Peters arrested
Derrick R. Spencer, 38, of Eastham who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 21st at 1:25 p.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Java Edey, 35, of Brewster who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Fail to stop or yield
Lights violation
Speeding

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On June 17th at 10:07 p.m. Sgt. Jeremiah Valli arrested
Winston George McNish, 32, of Hyannis who was charged with
Operating without a license
Marked lanes violation

On June 18th at 5:26 p.m. Ofc. Steven Raneo arrested
Charles Henry Ireland Foltz, 54, of Truro who was charged with
Unlawful wiretap

On June 19th at 9:11 p.m. Ofc. Paul McGlynn arrested
Liam Bailey, 19, of Coleta, GA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to stop for police
Speeding
RMV ID card fraud

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On June 6th at 12:13 a.m.
Christos Skarpos. 30, of Somerset, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 15th at 2:46 p.m,
Daniel T. Nenninger, 22, of Dennis was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 18th at 7:18 a.m.
Andrew J. Binowski, 36, of Orleans was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On June 19th at 12:51 a.m.
Paul J. Curtis, 30, of Boston, MA was charged with
Breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
Malicious destruction of property over $250
and
Amanda May Condinho, 27, of Brewster was charged with
Breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
Malicious destruction of property over $250
Possession of a Class C substance

BARNSTABLE – Barnstable Police report they responded to 1,500 calls for service. This included 6 hit and run crashes, 8 personal injury crashes and 39 property damage crashes. There were 73 arrests which included 40 on scene arrests, 16 summons and 17 previous incident arrests.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On June 18th at 11:29 a.m.
Dana R. Sweet of East Sandwich was charged with
Breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a misdemeanor
Trespassing

On June 18th at 6:09 p.m.
Carlos Cualberto Juniior of Framingham, MA was charged with
Operatung without a license

Danny Jimenez, 34, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On June 16th at 7:45 p.m.
Katelyn S. Geggatt, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (4 counts)
Resisting arrest

On June 17th at 8:20 p.m.
Richard S. Furlani, 58, of Mashpee was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon

On June 18th at 5:25 a.m.
Preston J. Henricks, 38, of Mashpee was charged with
Trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
and
Crystal Lynn Costa, 34, of East Falmouth was charged with
Trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act

On June 18th at 5:26 a.m.
Robert Joseph LaBaire, 31, of Waquoit was charged iwth
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
and
Cedric F. Andrews, 33, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
and
Shawna M. Costa, 25, of Mashpee was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act

On June 19th at 1:22 a.m.
Christina E. DiMaggio, 31, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 19th at 6:25 a.m.
Karamjit Singh, 35, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 19th at 4:18 p.m.
Ryan M. Jeglinski, 32, of East Falmouth was charged with
Carrying a dangerous weapon
Warrant arrest

On June 19th at 7:44 p.m.
Kevin Joyce, 27, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On June 19th at 9:00 p.m.
William Alan Peterson, 45, of Natick, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger

Om June 20th at 2:31 a.m.
Luke C. Deery, 49, of Hyannis was charged with
Warrant arrest
