Weekly Police Department Reports/Arrests – Week of November 2nd, 2015

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court of law.
On October 29th at 9:55 a.m. Ofc. Kevin Spoor arrested
Patrick Joseph Capbianco, 28, of Manchester, NH who was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On October 31st at 11:27 p.m. Det. Richard Alves arrested
Barbara Lee Bodin, 63, of Vineyard Haven, MA who was charged with
Leaving the scene of personal injury
Operating negligently to endanger

On November 1st at 10:45 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Alden E. Lougee, 36, of Kennebunkport, ME who was charged with
Operating after license suspended

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of  law.
On October 30th at 2:26 p.m. Ofc. David Hobbs arrested
Jason L. McInnis
, 25, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 28th at 9:13 a.m.
Kristi L. Johns, 41, of Wellfleet was charged with
Warrant arrest

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 26th at 2:50 a.m.
Bryan P. Caldeira of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 26th at 1:23 p.m.
Stephen M. Savino of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 27th at 5:17 p.m.
Greg Andrew Wheeler of Sagamore Beach was charged with
Operating without a license
Lights violation

On October 28th at 8:20 p.m.
Anthony M. Hall of Sandwich was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance

BOURNE – Bourne Police reported that for the past week, they responded to 64 calls for service, 36 of which required investigation and reports. There were 7 arrests, Officers responded to 8 motor vehicle crashes and issued 72 motor vehicle citations. Bourne Police remind drivers that Adams Street is now one way and no longer a shortcut for motorists trying to get from exit 1C off Route 6 to Sandwich Road.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 27th at 3:04 p.m.
Brandon L. Gordineer, 28, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 28th at 9:42 a.m.
Andrew Freitas, 22, of Falmouth was charged with
Shoplifting by asportation of merchandise
Warrant arrest
