Weekly Police Department Reports/Arrests – Week of October 12th, 2015

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police advise there were no reportable arrests for the past week.

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 5th at 10:49 a.m. Ofc. David Hobbs arrested
John E. Larkin, 54, of Truro who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 9th at 9:17 p.m. Ofc. Thomas Roda arrested
Daine Mikael Williams, 25, of Truro who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 10th at 10:25 p.m. Sgt. Jeremian Valli arrested
Alex Ricardo Stewart, 20, of Truro who was charged with
Operating without a license
Speeding

On October 11th at 1:01 p.m. Ofc. Thomas Roda arrested
James M. McAvoy, 25, of Truro who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense
Operating recklessly to endanger
Operating after license suspended for OUI
Unregistered vehicle
Uninsured vehicle
Possession of burglarious tools
Assault with a dangerous weapon

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 6th at 4:57 p.m.
Fredy Diaz Hernandez, 31, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Operating without a license
Marked lanes violation

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On Octover 6th at 5:54 p.m.
Rebeckah Glazebrook of Woods Hole was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On October 6th at 9:35 p.m.
Colin Michael Brady of Sandwich was charged with
Attempt to commit a crime to wit B&E building in the nighttime
and
Nathan Trottier of Sandwich was charged with
Attempt to commit a crime to wit B&E building in the nighttime

On October 7th at 2:30 p.m.
Jamie J. Dupras of Plymouth, MA was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)

On October 9th at 12:43 a.m.
Dustin A. Pratt of Forestdale was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 9th at 10:17 a.m.
James D. Redmond of Sandwich wa charged with
Warrant arrest

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to 552 calls for assistance. This included 15 arrest, the issuing of 121 motor vehicle report citations, investigating 7 motor vehicle crashes, and handing out 5 parking tickets.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On October 7th at 9:18 a.m.
Michael J. Foster, 25, of Dennis was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession of a Class E substance (2 counts)

On October 8th at 10:45 a.m.
Barrett J. McVey, 29, Falmouth was charged with
Violating an abuse prevention order
Warrant arrest

On October 9th at 7:54 a.m.
Gary Peterson, 47, of East Falmouth was charged with
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
Warrant arrest
and
Brandon Lee Peterson, 22, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
Drug violation near a school or park
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

Dakota P. Connolly, 22, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Speeding

On October 11th at 3:46 a.m.
Steven J. Senna, 21, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving the scene of property damage
Malicious destruction of property less than $250
Possession of a Class D substance (marijuana)(1 oz. or less)

On October 11th at 3:25 p.m.
Andrea K. Nascimento, 28, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Shoplifting by asportation of merchandise
