Weekly Police Department Reports/Arrests – Week of October 5th, 2015

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 29th at 1:43 p.m. Ofc. Sarah Harding arrested
William H. Heron, 46, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger

On September 29th at 11:33 a.m. Det. Meredith Lobur arrested
Steven Blanco, 35, of Cambridge, MA who was charged with
Warrant arreste

On October 4th at 12:54 a.m. Ofc. Sarah Harding arrested
Sarah Jean Bryan, 34, of Eastham who was charged with
Assault and battery
Disorderly conduct
and
Kathryn Ruth Nelson, 36, of Eastham who was charged with
Assault and battery (2 counts)
Disorderly conduct

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 29th at 1:33 p.m. Lt. Craig Danziger arrested
Max W. Mueller, 44, of Truro was charged with
Operating without a liceense
Uninspected vehicle

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 30th at 7:41 p.m.
Johanna J. Bergman of Plymouth, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 1st at 6:10 p.m.
George W. Tate of East Sandwich was charged with
Failing to register as a sex offender

On October 2nd at 12:40 a.m.
Wayne E. Simons of Nickeye, AZ was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 4th at 3:11 a.m.
Jonathan Paul O’Grady of Forestdale, MA was charged with
Operating without a license
Operating to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On October 4th at 1:37 p.m.
Christopher Michael Robie of Yarmouth was charged with
Trespassing

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, they responded to  505 calls for assistance. There were 12 arrests, 67 motor vehicle citations were issued and 9 motor vehicle crashes.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 28th at 12:13 a.m.
Matthew R. Lopes. 24. of Mashpee was charged with
Disorderly conduct (subsequent offense)
