PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 9th at 12:42 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Dante M. Riccio
, 53, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Lights violation, MV

On September 12th at 10:07 a.m. Ofc. Aaron Kacergis arrested
Randall S. Ayala
, 25, of Eastham who was charged with
Warrant arrest

TRURO – On September 7th at 6:43 p.m. Ofc James Bragdon arrested
Louis P. Hanlon, 49, of Medford, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating recklessly to endanger
Marked lanes violation

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 14th at 12:47 a.m.
Paul E. Harding, 44, of Framingham, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

SANDWICH
– Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 10th at 12:46 a.m.
Douglas A. Brochu of Bourne was charged with
Warrant arrest

BOURNE – For the past week, Bourne Police responded to 472 calls for service which included 42 investigated incidents, 13 motor vehicle crashes, and the issuing of 70 traffic citations and 14 parking tickets. There were 7 arrests.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 7th at 5:33 p.m.
John M. Estrela Jr., 34, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance

On September 7th at 9:53 p.m.
Brandon S. Pottle, 22, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 8th at 1:12 a.m.
Morgan L. Masiello, 24, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On September 8th at 9:43 a.m.
John M. Estrela Jr., 34, of East Falmouth was charged with
Receiving stolen property over $250

On September 10th at 7:07 a.m.
Sonny J. Khubchandani, 21, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 10th at 1:10 p.m.
Ashley M. Gonsalves, 27, of Falmouth was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon
Malicious destruction of property over $250

On September 10th at 1:14 p.m.
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with
Disturbing a school assembly
Resisting arrest

On September 12th at 4:17 p.m.
Anthony James Gilmette, 27, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On September 12th at 8:58 p.m.
Alissa Marie Halstead, 20, of East Falmouth was charged with
Shoplifting by asportation of merchandise over $100

On September 12th at 10:37 p.m.
Allen Roy Warren, 25, of East Falmouth was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Assault and battery
Malicious destruction of property over $250
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest

On September 13th at 1:51 a.m.
Morgan L. Masiello, 24, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On September 13th at 2:01 p.m.
Timothy P. Ferris, 36, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating after registration revoked or suspended
Uninsured vehicle
Possession of a Class B substance

On September 13th at 2:54 p.m.
Kimberly Wheeler, 31, of Falmouth was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise over $100

On September 13th at 5:34 p.m.
Paul G. Mattson, 27, of Bourne was charged with
Lewd, wanton or lascivious behavior
Disorderly conduct
Assault and battery on a police officer
