PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 17th at 11:52 p.m. Ofc. Jennifer Nolette arrested
Barbara V. Wisdom, 36, of St. Louis, MO was charged with
Assault with a dangerous weapon
Disorderly conduct

On August 21st at 2:37 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Thomas Joseph Walsh, 21, of Harwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to stop or yield
Speeding

On August 22nd at 2:37 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
John Frank Laudano, 37, of West Haven, CT who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Speeding

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 20th at 6:33 p.m. Ofc. Steven Raneo arrested
a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

On August 23rd at 8:08 p.m. Sgt. Jeremiah Valli arrested
James W. Prickett, 44, of Truro who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Improper turn
Uninspected vehicle
Possession of a Class B substance

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 19th at 4:35 p.m.
Leroy Walter Miczek, 49, of Cottageville, SC was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

On August 20th at 11:19 p.m.
William Thomas Fenton, 59, of Hyannis was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Possession of a Class B substance

On August 21st at 12:03 p.m.
Crayne A. Hurst, 57, of North Truro was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to stop for police
Fail to stop or yield
Fail to signal

Heather Rae Meredith, 53, of Wellfleet was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the last week, they responded to  550 calls for service. This included 13 arrested, 53 investigated incidents, and 14 reportable motor vehicle crashes. Officers issued 12 parking tickets and 113 traffic citations.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 18th at 4:58 p.m.
Eric Paul Silva of Sandwich was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (heroin)
Possession of a CLass C substance (Clonazepam)
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Unlawful possession of fireworks
Uninspected vehicle

On August 21st at 3:20 p.m.
Tiffany Swift of Pocasset was charged with
Warrant arrest

On August 21st at 7:43 p.m.
George W. Tate of East Sandwich was charged with
Fail to registered as a sex offender

On August 23rd at 6:28 p.m.
Melissa M. Gay of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Possession of a Class B substance
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Operating negligently to endanger

MASHPEE – Mashpee Police released the following arrest report covering from July 28th through August 16th. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 17th at 2:20 a.m.
Justin J. Wagner, 29, of Fall River, MA was charged with

Theresa Aiken, 51, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating after registration revoked (subsequent offense)

On August 18th at 5:19 p.m.
Lauren Kristen Theodorakis, 27, of Mashpee was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked
Receiving stolen property less than $250
Possession of a Class E substance

On August 18th at 8:14 p.m.
Joshua Lee Desmond, 28, of East Falmouth was charged with
Intimidating a witness
Assault
Possession of a Class B substance
Possession of a Class E substance

On August 20th at 11:33 p.m.
James J. Kurker, 53, of Falmouth was charged with
Trespassing

On August 23rd at 1:53 a.m.
Kristen P. Tran, 46, of Mashpee was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating without a license
Leaving the scene of property damage

On August 23rd at 5:38 p.m.
Anthony Everett Coffone, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked
and
Kaitlin Ahearn, 22, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On August 23rd at 8:39 p.m.
Douglas D. Galvin, 54, of Centerville was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (2nd offense)
Speeding
Possession of a Class E substance

On August 23rd at 9:03 p.m.
John J. Hurtuk, 24, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
