MASHPEE – At approximately 9:40 PM Wednesday night, a 150-5 Excavator owned & operated by Coastal Yarmouth fell off a trailer during loading at the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Government and Community Center on Great Neck Road South in Mashpee. The driver, 33-year-old John Lopez from West Harwich was operating the excavator at the time. He refused treated from the Mashpee Fire Department.
Two wreckers were called to right the excavator. The accident is currently under investigation.
