Yarmouth DNR work to save ducklings stuck in storm drain


YARMOUTH
– On Saturday, a Yarmouth Division of Natural Resources (DNR) Officer was notified through Yarmouth Police Dept. Dispatch center of 3-4 ducklings that had fallen through a drain.

The officer arrived and found 4 ducklings in the drain with their mother across the street unable to find her missing chicks. The DNR Officer asked for assistance from Yarmouth Fire Department, MA to remove the drain cover and assist.

All ducklings were recovered from the drain.
