Fall means some of my favorite things…leaves changing, sweater weather, and my ultimate favorite…PUMPKIN SPICE LATTES!! What I don’t love? Unneeded calories!  I have been making this recipe each morning. Instead of using your calories on a sugar-heavy coffee chain drink, try this instead and save on cash too! Those who tried it: did you like this drink? What did you think?

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1/2 cup plain pumpkin pur…ée filling (120g)

-1 scoop whey protein (optional)
-1 Tbsp vanilla extract
-3 stevia packets (or any sweetener of choice)
-1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-10 oz strong brewed coffee or espresso
-Mix all ingredients in blender then microwave for 45 seconds and enjoy!

7g carbs (2g fiber)
10.5g protein
