A few weeks ago I joined The”Ideal Health Center” in the Centerville Shopping Center. I knew I needed to do something about the weight I had gained over the past couple of years. So much happened in my life that caused me to use food as my friend. My husband passed away suddenly and if that wasn’t devastating and heartbreaking enough my mother passed away shortly after my husband’s passing. I couldn’t think straight and I couldn’t think about dieting at that time because it would have been one more strain on my brain that I don’t think I could have handled.
Well, I woke up the other day and said…”the time is NOW I have to do something about my weight gain before it’s completely out of control.”
Recently, I just happened to run into a friend of mine at The Cape Cod Mall and I said “you look different” she said “I lost 40 pounds in 3 ½ months!” I said give me ALL the details…she said she signed up at the “Ideal Health Center in the Centerville Shopping Center” and said she loved it!!! A couple of weeks later I joined too. My coaches are Jessica and Megan and I love them! The coaching and support makes a huge difference.
I am not hungry on the “Ideal Health Protein Diet” and I do not feel deprived. I eat a nice breakfast and lunch…with lots of veggies and dinners like: Shrimp Scampi with zucchini noodles, lean ground beef with taco seasoning over a big salad! I have Sirloin Steak (a big piece too!)
The scale is going down and I am so excited! I want to be healthier…I want to look better and I want to wear all the pretty clothes I haven’t been able to wear in quite a while!
