Have you seen this beautiful gentle giant? Her name is Lionesse and she went missing Friday in the snow near the Oak Ridge School in Sandwich near Quaker Meeting House Road.
Although a 7 year old Newfoundland is probably ok in the snow, this particular girl is very skittish and might be out of sorts as she was with a dog sitter at the time. Please approach her slowly and calmly. She does have a collar and tags. As a dog owner, I know how frightening it is when your pup is missing.
