I think it’s always nice when celebrities take time to really talk to people that were just like them at one point in their life. I know personally, that getting advice from the late Joan Rivers, who told me that you need to enjoy what you do everyday and not worry about anyone else, really helps me each day when I face adversity. Well Matthew McConaughey also gave some kind words to some young people
Last week, Matthew McConaughey gave an inspirational speech to the University of Texas football team, and the video just surfaced online.
At the beginning, he promised not to preach . . . but then he launched into an impassioned speech about pushing yourself to be better at what you love to do, and working hard so that you can appreciate what you accomplish.
Matthew graduated from the University of Texas back in 1993, and is still a Longhorns fan.
