Well hello there!!
I go to the beach… a lot. A. Real. Lot. By myself. People always say, “What do you do there all the time? You have some life!!” I wanted to share with you why I love it here and what I do at the Mashpee Town Beach every day. And it’s a random flow of thoughts….

About my kids, and how much I miss them all in my daily life.
About their Mom, that she is doing OK, then the kids are doing OK.
About Karen and 99.9 The Q and our show. How can I be better the next day and what can I do to make that happen.
About Cape Country 104 and the midday show. How can I do a better job sharing my new found love of Country Music and be more entertaining Disc Jockey.
About my friends and family. That I miss then and I am grateful they are all so much a part of my life.
About myself. Seeking balance and sharing that (That’s all on that ☺️)
And finally…I do use sunblock and I am writing this from my beach chair!!!
