Rhododendron Festival Kicks Off This Weekend

Heritage Museum and Garden’s annual Rhododendron Festival kicks off this weekend.

The organizations grounds are decked out with thousands of in-bloom rhododendrons.

Marketing Director Andrea Early says the flowers are an important part of the organization’s history.

The festival features events such as daily walking tours and workshops for gardeners. Organizers say they are targeting the event for both families and avid gardeners alike.
