MARSTONS MILLS – Barnstable Police say the 17 year old girl who was medflighted to Boston after an accident on Route 149 Thursday was run over by her own truck.
Michelle Aldrich attempted to get out of the vehicle after the brakes failed, but was run over and dragged about 25 feet.
She was transported to Beth Israel in Boston where she is in stable condition.
The accident occurred around 4:40 Thursday afternoon.
