Cape Conservatory Previews Summer Programs

BARNSTABLE – Although it’s still winter, the Cape Conservatory is previewing their programs for the summer.

There will be private lessons for all ages, from beginning through advanced levels in all major instruments.

Both Conservatory campuses are set in tranquil, wooded areas and the staff and faculty provide a welcoming, nurturing atmosphere.

An expert faculty with a wide range of diverse talents and personalities ensures the best-suited student/teacher match.

Those between the ages of 10-18 can join the ultimate band on Cape Cod, Summer Sounds.

Founded in 2010, hundreds of budding musicians have participated in the inspiring program.

Student musicians enjoy week-long sessions in rock, pop and jazz bands.

Throughout the week, students develop as musicians and ensemble players, receiving instruction from an all-star faculty.

Special events include guest artist presentations and master classes with the pros.

Students will dial-in their stage performance with a concert for family and friends at the end of the session.

From July 10-14 and July 17-21, the program will be held at the Falmouth campus and on July 14-28 and July 31-August 4, at the Barnstable campus.
