YARMOUTH PORT – A travelers’ philanthropy organization that works to preserve and protect the region is accepting grant applications for 2017 projects.
CARE for the Cape & Islands is accepting submissions focusing on Sense of Place, Environmental Stewardship, Carbon Footprint Reduction, Infrastructure for Community Livability and Food and Culture.
The application deadline is January 8.
CARE awarded 10 grants for projects in 2016 with funding ranging from $500 to $2,000.
