BARNSTABLE – The cleanup continues across Cape Cod from the snowstorm that battered the area over the last few days.
In Barnstable, residents of less traveled roads will be happy to hear that there is light at the end of the tunnel, according to DPW director Dan Santos.
“Beginning with the 5 o’clock shift last night, we began addressing secondary roads and we worked throughout the night to do that.”
Santos said that as of about eight this morning, the DPW had cleared about 60 percent of town roads.
