CPR Saves Man at Sagamore Market Basket

ER medical symbolSAGAMORE – Bourne police are praising the efforts of one of their own, as well as store workers and shoppers at the Sagamore Market Basket, for saving the life of an 88 year old man who had collapsed at the store.

Officer Kevin McMahon and bystanders performed CPR on the man before rescue personnel could arrive. Paramedics then took over, and were able to get the man breathing again.

He is recovering at a local hospital.
